PHi-C = Polymer dynamics simulation from Hi-C data. It turns a Hi-C contact matrix into a polymer model, so the same dataset can be read as 2D heatmaps of dynamic physical properties (MSD, loss tangent) and watched as a dynamic 3D structure.

This is a beta version. The official release is scheduled for October 2026.
